Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society (ICHS Town) is an affordable housing scheme run that the Islamabad Co-operative Housing Scheme runs. It is among the housing schemes that are situated close to Islamabad in the city of Rawalpindi. It offers its residents all the amenities needed for a comfortable lifestyle.
There aren’t any. of the most prominent housing societies that have been established in the capital city like Eighteen Islamabad, Taj Residencia, and Park View city, to mention some. Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society is situated close to Fateh Jang Road, which is approximately 42 kilometers from the zero point of Islamabad. It is among the communities that have easy access to the new Islamabad airport. Society is in a position of advantage due to its location since it is near to the CPEC route, but only 3 km. Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society Official Launch
Multi Gardens was launched in 2004. However, the society has been around since the opening of its first housing project on E-11/3 called Islamabad Gardens in 1989 and E-11/1 in 2001. ICHS Town was also launched at the same time as this project.
The approval of layout plans for the society follows specific rules and guidelines from the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
Total Area
The total land area claimed by the housing development is 5500 Kanal. The society claims that it will meet the requirements of between 35 and 40 hundred of locals in need of housing.
