Total Area of Capital Smart City is approximately 142807 Kanals. Further it is divided into two phases: 

Phase 1 covers approximately 100,000 kanals, while Phase 2 consists of approximately 42,807 kanals. The society has obtained approval for its NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Rawalpindi Development Authority, ensuring that the project meets the necessary legal and regulatory requirements.

Capital Smart City NOC and Planning Permission

The No Objection Certificate (NOC) of Capital Smart City was accepted by the Rawalpindi Development Authority ( RDA) and is one of the legally-approved housing projects in the region.

However, the first NOC given to the Society is being revised due to the acquisition of extra land. The housing society is waiting for its NOC to approve the revised plans for the expanded blocks within the Society. It is anticipated that it will be granted shortly.
